This is a program for MS-DOS that was written in PowerBASIC. I wanted to see how much faster arrays could be sorted by using the array manipulation functions built into the language as opposed to doing it manually. The app uses both methods and compares the time between the two.
The program was developed on a 386 and targets that microprocessor (it will also run on a 486, Pentium, etc.). The source code is included.
